Beef in oil

Beef in oil is one of the most symbolic dishes of Franciacorta and is obtained with a long cooking of excellent beef in a sauce based on olive oil, anchovies, onions and local white wine. Characterised by an exceptionally tender texture and an unmistakable taste, the preparation is often served accompanied by polenta or mashed potatoes.
