LA VIA DELLE SORELLE (SISTERS’ WAY)
The Via delle Sorelle is much more than a walk. It’s a living link connecting Brescia and Bergamo.
A 130 km-route traversing 36 municipalities, two sister cities and a whole world to discover.
You cross hills, vineyards, villages, parish churches and two UNESCO sites that unveil history and beauty.
Every stage is different. Every step reveals a new spectacle to admire, whether nature or picture-postcard squares. It’s the path of those who choose to slow down and open themselves up to wonder, without hurrying. You can do it in 6 stages, or you can create your own pace, your own time, your own journey. VIA VALERIANA
An ancient Roman track that still stirs the emotions today. The Via Valeriana starts in Brescia and traverses Franciacorta, Lake Iseo and the Camonica Valley to Edolo, before splitting in two directions: one way leading towards the Aprica Pass and Tirano, the other towards the Tonale Pass. It stretches for 190 km divided into 12 stages that alternate between hilly paths and challenging climbs, amid spectacular views and villages steeped in history. Along the way, you encounter shrines, abbeys and unique sights that tell of centuries of culture. It’s a path of medium difficulty, but great beauty.
This is no quick consumer experience: you earn it! Here you don't look at the mountain: you live it, one step at a time. Following in the footsteps of those who, now as in the past, seek something real. The Via Valeriana isn’t just a route. It’s a promise kept.
CAMMINO DI CARLO MAGNO
The Cammino di Carlo Magno (Charlemagne Way) is a journey through legend. Over 225 km it takes you from Lake Iseo to the Camonica Valley, following in the footsteps of the emperor and his army. It starts in Bergamo and arrives in Carisolo, Trentino Alto Adige. Twelve stages, one great story to be savoured step after step. The path runs along the mid-slope of the mountains, between ascents and descents that are challenging but offer unique emotions. Nature takes centre stage here: dense forests, unspoilt valleys, breathtaking views. Each stage is an encounter with history, where myth and reality intertwine along Alpine paths. It’s the ideal path for those who love backpacking adventures and want to relive the atmosphere of the Middle Ages step after step. No short-cuts, no filters: just real steps into a world that seems distant, but is all ours. Charlemagne passed this way: now it's your turn.
CAMMINO DI SANT’ERCOLANO (WAY OF ST HERCULANUS)
You don't have to go far to enjoy a great journey. Just set off from Toscolano Maderno and let silence guide you. Between parish churches, monasteries and the lush vegetation that surrounds Lake Garda, passing through the Paper Mill Valley the Valley of Camerate, every step tells a story. The walk follows in the footsteps of the holy bishop Herculanus and passes by all the churches in the area, divided into three loops designed for every degree of difficulty: from the easiest route to that requiring courage. It’s a slow, meditative journey that is unhurried and quiet. Here, your gaze is free to roam and time finally slows down. Every view is an invitation to stop, listen, and really feel. It’s a journey that isn’t measured in kilometres, but in emotions.
CAMMINO DI SANTA GIULIA (WAY OF ST JULIA)
The Cammino di Santa Giulia is a journey that unites. 475 km from Brescia to Livorno, 25 stages through hills, villages and cities of art. A journey that began in the year 762, when the Lombard king Desiderius brought the relics of Saint Julia to Brescia. Today, the route is much more than a pilgrimage: it’s an experience that crosses Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, where history meets nature and faith intertwines with culture. Monasteries, parish churches and silence speak to those who dare to listen. A path that unites Northern and Central Italy, people and territories. Here it isn’t about the destination, but what you discover along the way. If you’re looking for something real, you’ll find it here step after step. SENTIERO 3V (3 VALLEYS TRAIL)
A 120-km-long walk, taking in valleys and ridges, that starts in the heart of Brescia and arrives at over 2,000 m at Monte Colombine. The Sentiero delle Tre Valli, dedicated to Silvano Cinelli, is a journey through the Sabbia, Trompia and Camonica valleys. 8 stages. A challenge for those who want to discover the mountains at a leisurely pace, without haste, but with lots of enthusiasm. Are there harder paths? Yes. But you can choose the easier ones and still enjoy all the beauty. The path follows the watershed: Lake Iseo on one side, the Brescian valleys on the other. There are places to rest and refuel along the way, but it’s best to give advance notice of your arrival. You just need a backpack, average fitness, and a big heart. The 3V trail doesn’t follow fashions, it follows your desire to set off.
IL CAMMINO DELLE COMETE (COMETS WAY)
How to savour this Cammino: step after step. 546 km from Corteno Golgi to Limone sul Garda, divided into 28 stages that take you through the soul of the province: wild valleys, shimmering lakes, bustling towns, ancient villages and open plains. Following in the footsteps of Brescian saints, you find nature, art, faith and culture. But above all you find yourself. Each stage is a spark: amazement, gratitude, the desire to start again. The Cammino delle Comete isn’t just an itinerary: it’s an experience that invites you to slow down, breathe, and allow yourself to be amazed. You don't run here: you walk.
