FAI Autumn Days: Brescia opens its doors
On Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11, the FAI Autumn Days. In Brescia, there will be six places to discover, including spaces normally closed to the public, historic architectures, and corners of the city to view with new eyes.
You can descend into the Roman archaeological site under the Liceo Classico Arnaldo, enter the former Monastery of Santa Croce, visit the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the Convent of the Ursuline Sisters and learn about the Complex of the House of God with the Church of San Carlo Borromeo.
The openings also include Palazzo Maggi Gambara – Palazzo Santangelo – Centro Paolo VI and the Clock Tower of Piazza della Loggia, to get a closer look at the history of one of the symbolic places of Brescia.
To kick off the weekend, on Friday, October 9 at 6:30 PM, there will be a special preview between Monastery of Santa Croce and Astronomical Clock, by reservation only.
