Librixia 2026: Brescia returns to read the world

From September 26 to October 4, Piazza Vittoria hosts Librixia, the Book Fair of Brescia. Nine days of meetings, stories, and ideas in the heart of the city.

Every book changes our way of looking at what surrounds us. It invites us to stop, learn, imagine. Sometimes even to change our point of view.

This is where it starts Librixia 2026, with a simple and decisive invitation: let's return to read the world.

From September 26 to October 4, 2026, Piazza Vittoria once again becomes the heart of the Book Fair of Brescia. Authors, readers, stories, and new ideas meet in the city for one of the most anticipated cultural events of the Brescia autumn.

A new look at Librixia

The 2026 edition also presents a new visual identity, designed by Antongionata Ferrari, a Brescia illustrator and Andersen Award winner 2007.

Signs, colors, and imagination tell the story of an event that grows alongside the city and continues to focus on what truly matters: books, people, and the desire to discover something new.

Librixia is indeed much more than a fair. It is an open space where people can meet, listen to different voices, and be surprised. In the heart of Brescia.

The first previews of guests and events for the 2026 edition will arrive in the coming days.

Entry is free and open until seats are filled.
