More Space for Bikes: 40 New Bike Racks in the City
Brescia continues to make space for two wheels. In July, 40 new bicycle racks were installed in 17 neighborhoods of the city, along with 5 others that replaced damaged or unusable structures.
The intervention is part of the 2025-2027 program, which includes the installation of a total of 145 modular bicycle racks with 6 slots, to expand existing stations and make parking easier for those who choose the bike every day.
The new locations were identified thanks to reports from citizens and Neighborhood Councils, with particular attention to public services and major transport interchange points.
