Apple pie

Rustic, soft and fragrant, the Val Camonica apple pie is enriched by the sweetness of local apples and, often, by chestnut flour. Originally prepared in mountain homes to celebrate the autumn flavours of the valley, it is still a traditional dessert capable of seducing with naturalness.
