Valle Sabbia black cherries

With their sweet and slightly sour flavour, juicy Val Sabbia black cherries lend themselves to the preparation of preserves, sweets and liqueurs. Harvested between June and July, when they are perfectly ripe, they are offered to visitors both as ingredients in baked desserts and as a sophisticated accompaniment to local cheeses.
