Designed by Rodolfo Vantini, the Vantiniano is the first monumental cemetery in the history of art and one of the most surprising places in the city. Between orderly avenues and neoclassical architecture, the guided tour leads to the discovery of famous tombs, such as those of the Martinengo family and Vantini himself, up to the monumental lighthouse that dominates the complex.
The sculptures tell stories of artists, politicians, writers, sportsmen. Lombardi's works stand out, including the famous "Velata", intense and elegant. A path that intertwines memory, beauty and identity.
