Trail n. 8

Trail 8 stands out for its short length and for being an ideal option for a short walk immersed in the nature of Mount Maddalena. The route begins near Via Monte della Valle, near the Costalunga area, where the Garzetta stream flows and Villa Lucchi stands: this is the meeting point between two paths, including n° 8.

From here the path winds along the edges of the “Roccolo del Dosso della Rovere”, and then continues towards the “Roccolo Lucchi”. In this stretch, despite being short, the environment offers a beautiful mix of forest, scents of undergrowth and colorful blooms — the flowers and grass next to the path offer glimpses that encourage you to stop and enjoy the moment.

In about half an hour of walking, you reach an altitude of about 400 meters: this makes it a perfect route for those who are short on time or want a light hike, without excessive commitment.
