The "Pedemontana Alpina" cycling route offers a unique experience, combining the urban beauty of Brescia with the natural enchantment of Paratico. This approximately 30-kilometer route winds through the province's rolling foothills, offering cyclists breathtaking views and a variety of landscapes.

Starting from the historic city of Brescia, known for its rich artistic and cultural heritage, the route heads north, embracing the slopes of the Alps. Along the way, cyclists can admire lush vineyards and green fields in Franciacorta, evidence of the region's fertile agriculture. The route, suitable for all levels of experience, alternates flat sections with gentle climbs, allowing you to experience the thrill of discovery at a calm and contemplative pace. The route also includes the passage at the Benedictine Abbey of Rodengo Saiano and the Provaglio-Iseo peat bogs.

As you get closer to Paratico, the view opens up to the beautiful Lake Iseo, with its crystal-clear waters and picturesque villages surrounding it. The route ends in this quiet lakeside resort, where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest, perhaps enjoying a glass of local wine or a typical meal at one of the many restaurants overlooking the lake.
