THE PLACE
Cimabue Park is located in the San Polo Cimabue district, in the eastern area of Brescia, along Via Giovanni Cimabue and the surrounding areas, just a short walk from the San Polo metro station. It is a public urban park set within a residential area planned between the 1980s and 1990s, where greenery is an integral part of the neighbourhood’s design.
Frequented by families, residents and young people, the park is a space dedicated to walks, relaxation and social interaction. It also hosts neighbourhood initiatives and local events that strengthen the sense of community.
In recent years, the park has undergone environmental redevelopment works, including new tree plantings and the replacement of damaged trees, as part of projects focused on sustainability and urban resilience.
