A late Baroque jewel lent to contemporary experimentation: from a noble residence to a creative hub, Palazzo MO.CA is a place where the city's architectural heritage transforms into a pulsating framework for new ideas.
THE PALACE
Nestled in the heart of Brescia, Palazzo Martinengo Colleoni in Malpaga is one of the oldest and most fascinating noble buildings in the city, thanks in part to its three entrances that are unique in the urban landscape.
From the entrance hall to the courtyard, from the monumental staircase with monochrome figures to the main floor, rich in painted ceilings and refined stucco, the Palace perfectly synthesizes the taste of the 18th century and the prestige of the family who lived there.
Since 2016, the Palace has been the official headquarters of MO.CA, a city hub dedicated to creative and cultural projects that intertwine the historical atmospheres of the place with contemporary experimentation. It hosts art exhibitions, concerts, theater festivals, design projects, workshops, and multimedia initiatives.
