Fertile

THE SPACE

Located at 47 Via Arnaldo Soldini, within a former glassworks that forms part of an old artisan complex, Fertile covers approximately 300 m² and welcomes artists, collectors and the public into an open and dynamic environment.

Founded by Luca Cremona, Edoardo Monti and Sole Castelbarco Albani, Fertile is conceived as a place for work and encounter. Here, artists can develop their projects thanks to short- and long-term residency programmes, exhibition spaces and an archive dedicated to the works created during their stays. A setting in which contemporary creativity is built day by day, in direct contact with those who observe it.

Alongside the residencies, Fertile hosts exhibitions, workshops, children’s workshops and events spanning art, design, music and food and wine, creating new connections between artistic languages and the public.

The project began as an extension of Palazzo Monti, which has welcomed over 250 international artists to Brescia since 2017. With Fertile, this journey continues and expands.
