Imbrunesca Grape

An autochthonous variety of the Brescia area, the Imbrunesca grape (also known as “invernenga grape”) is a rare and little-cultivated variety characterised by dark, late-ripening grapes. Traditionally consumed as a table grape and used in small family wine productions, it is known by two names that recall its final colour and ripening period, respectively.
