From October 24 to December 10, 2026, Brescia dedicates a journey through contemporary art, books, theater, and experimentation to Piero Cavellini. "Piero Cavellini. Project Utopia" is the widespread exhibition that, as part of the 20th edition of Meccaniche della Meraviglia, involves various cultural spaces in the city to commemorate the artist, gallery owner, and publisher from Brescia one year after his passing. Designed by Albano Morandi, with the curatorial coordination of Ilaria Bignotti and Camilla Remondina, the project narrates the different forms of Cavellini's research and his contribution to contemporary culture through exhibitions, installations, screenings, and a theatrical performance.
