Between October 2026 and February 2027, nine restaurants in Brescia will host evenings dedicated to De.Co. recipes and typical products, to narrate the gastronomic identity of the city at the table. Each event will be an opportunity to learn about local ingredients, preparations, and traditions through menus crafted by participating restaurateurs. A widespread journey that unites cuisine, territory, and the enhancement of Brescia's excellences.
