THE FESTIVAL

The name, inspired by the patriotic uprisings of 1849, recalls the event's only limitation: that of time, as it packs an incredibly rich and diverse programme into just ten days.

Promoting a dialogue between music and other artistic languages, the Festival weaves together theatre, poetry, philosophy and practical knowledge to create an unprecedented journey combining great concerts and surprising moments of entertainment.

In the context of LeXGiornate, internationally renowned artists meet some of the best known and most appreciated exponents of Italian culture, promoting a gathering that transcends borders and celebrates the universal value of music and the arts.

Since 2006, the Festival has cultivated a symbiotic relationship with the city, investing in the talent of young Brescians and the active participation of local audiences. Between squares, theatres and unusual locations, today's event is a perfect opportunity to appreciate 'music as you've never seen it'.
