Brescia is moving forward. And it’s serious about it.

Always a city of action, today Brescia decides to take a step forward: to put its potential in conference and event tourism in order. Thus the Convention Bureau project was born. Not as a structure already completed, but as a path under construction, taking shape today to become a point of reference tomorrow.

The project begins within the official tourism portal and falls under the Convention between the Chamber of Commerce of Brescia and the Municipality of Brescia, in implementation of the Pact for Provincial Tourism Governance, in relation to the project “Brescia Convention Bureau” – 2026–2027. A shared, concrete work with a clear objective: to build the foundations to strengthen Brescia's position in MICE tourism, in Italy and abroad.

WHAT BRESCIA DOES TODAY

Today Brescia begins to coordinate.

The city has a lot to offer: prime locations, modern facilities, qualified services, widespread skills, and a solid economic and cultural context.

The Convention Bureau was created for this reason: to showcase Brescia externally and transform its value into concrete services for those organizing events, conventions, and conventions.

WHAT WILL IT DO NEXT

The project looks ahead, methodically.

Over time, the Convention Bureau will be responsible for promoting MICE tourism in an integrated manner, supporting the organization of events, managing requests, coordinating operators, analyzing data, and monitoring economic impacts on the territory.

The offer will be constructed and presented in a clear and structured way to associations, bodies, companies and organizers, through qualified services, selected locations and customizable cultural proposals.
