A new opportunity for the territory
The Brescia Convention Bureau is the reference point for those who want to organize congresses, meetings, conventions, and corporate, cultural, and sports events in the city.
The project was born from the collaboration between the Municipality of Brescia, Brescia Mobilità, and the Brescia Chamber of Commerce and is part of the development path of territorial tourism governance. The goal is to strengthen Brescia's positioning in the MICE market, in Italy and abroad, enhancing locations, hospitality, services, and local expertise.
The Convention Bureau assists organizers, companies, associations, and institutions in choosing Brescia, offering a unique point of contact to learn about the destination and identify the most suitable solutions for the event's numbers, format, and needs.
Our mission
We are committed to enhancing and promoting Brescia in the national and international congress tourism and MICE landscape, transforming every event into an opportunity for visibility, development, and value for the territory.
From the application to the choice of locations, from logistics to the involvement of local operators, the Brescia Convention Bureau facilitates dialogue between organizers, institutions, and the MICE supply chain, to build coordinated and tailor-made proposals.
