From July 2 to 12, Palazzo Martinengo hosts "PENELOPI. Contemporary Culture Workshop", a project promoted by Butterfly Anti-Violence Center and Shelters and conceived by the artist Patrizia Benedetta Fratus.
The exhibition stems from a shared journey that involved schools, students, teachers, and local entities in an experience of research, dialogue, and artistic production. Through installations, narratives, and participatory practices, the exhibition invites reflection on the themes of gender violence, identity, freedom of expression, and cultural transformation, drawing inspiration from the symbolic figure of Penelope and her loom, a metaphor for change and rebirth.
