A carpet can be much more than a simple decorative object. “The Dragon’s Intrigues” shows us just how true this is.
This exhibition presents a selection of Chinese carpets from the MITA collection, displayed alongside precious artifacts from the Xinjiang region. The exhibition journey crosses geographical and cultural boundaries, highlighting both continuity and innovation within the textile tradition.
