Inauguration: Friday, March 20, 7.00 pm
Ceramics is an ancient material, but it is also profoundly contemporary: it has been able to cross eras and cultures and transform itself over time. The exhibition provides a glimpse into contemporary Italian ceramics through the work of six artists: Simone Negri, Serena Zanardi, Susy Bianca Piva, Fausto Salvi, Alberto Gianfreda, and Caterina Sbrana. Although they come from different paths, they share a strong connection with the material: a relationship based on respect, knowledge, and love for ceramics. From the personal and authentic research of each artist, an exhibition is born that tells of ceramics as a living language, capable of evolving and speaking in the present.
