In the Carmine district, Spine is an independent brewery that gets straight to the point: good beer, carefully selected, and a space where ideas don't stay in the glass.

Here they serve craft beers from Italian and foreign microbreweries, far removed from industrial logic. The selection changes often, but the criteria remain the same: independence and quality. And then there are events, workshops, talks, and meetings. Because drinking can also be a cultural act.
