Thanks to the contribution of FIAB Brescia – Friends of the Bike, the city has stations equipped for performing the main bicycle maintenance operations independently.

The stations provide a pump and the necessary tools for small interventions, such as adjusting the saddle, checking components, or fixing an issue along the way.

The stations are located in via Volturno, near the Bicimia station, in the piazzale degli Spedali Civili near the metro entrance and in Largo Formentone, near the Bike Point. Two points located along important city cycling routes, to offer practical help when needed.

During bike trips, especially on hotter days, it's important to be able to stop and have water available.

BIKE RACKS

The city has 1,000 bike racks for parking bicycles, distributed throughout the city area. Most allow you to lock the bicycle frame, as well as the wheel, for added security.

BIKE POINTS IN THE CITY

Since 2022, during city events and appointments, Bike Points are organized: temporary spaces dedicated to those who already use bicycles and those who want to start moving on two wheels.

At the Bike Points, you can ask for information about cycling services, routes, and upcoming initiatives. At some events, a free Bike Check is also available, with checks of the main bicycle components, small adjustments, and useful tips for safer cycling.

Bike Points are activated in different places and periods throughout the year.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Want to visit Brescia without the burden of suitcases and backpacks? Near the train station, there are two luggage storage services with automatic lockers, usable independently.

BagsOff

BagsOff is located at via Solferino 6, near the train station, and offers automatic lockers for storing luggage and personal items. The service is active every day from 5:00 to 23:00 and allows you to book the locker online or directly on-site. The premises are monitored 24/7 and payment is made exclusively with electronic means.

Stow Your Bags

Stow Your Bags is located at Brescia Station, on viale della Stazione 72, and offers self-service lockers of various sizes, suitable for holding one or more pieces of luggage. The storage is open every day from 7:00 to 23:00 and can be booked online or directly on-site, choosing the rental duration according to your needs.

TRAFFIC COUNTER TOTEM

Among the services dedicated to cycling mobility, there is also a traffic counter, installed as part of the Culture Cycleway project. The device detects bicycle passages and allows the collection of useful data to monitor the use of city cycling routes.

The counter is located on via Volturno, at the traffic light situated at the exit from the Iveco parking lot.
