The Ugo Da Como Foundation, based in Lonato del Garda (BS), safeguards and promotes the heritage left by Senator Ugo Da Como. It manages a monumental complex that includes the “Casa del Podestà” (house-museum), the Visconti-Venetian Rocca fortress, and a rich library with over 50,000 volumes.

Opening hours

The monumental complex is open all year round, except on Christmas Day (25 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January).
For guided tours of the “Casa del Podestà”, organised for small groups accompanied by a guide, booking is recommended.
