The "Vittoria Alata" turns 200. And look forward
In Brescia, history is not preserved. It reactivates.
In 1826, the "Vittoria Alata", a Roman masterpiece hidden for centuries, resurfaced. Today, 200 years later, he returns to the forefront with a new challenge: inspiring the present.
The Municipality of Brescia is launching “VITTORIA 200 - Forever Young”, a call for artists aged 18 to 35, invited to reinterpret this timeless symbol. Apply online by May 4, 2026 (11:59 PM). The exhibition will come to life at MO.CA, from mid-July to early September.
