A journey through the commedia dell'arte, starting from the Venice lagoon. On a Venetian pier, a company of art comedians awaits boarding for the legendary Calicutto. They've been engaged and look ready and happy, but it all takes a different direction. These characters, together fake and real, exiles, innocent and reckless, take a journey within whose dimensions lies the dream of then and always: a dream that makes space at the same time as space makes a dream.
