The Trial of Harmony and Invention is a new choreographic creation by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker and Radouan Mriziga, which reinterprets Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons with a lucid and contemporary perspective. The starting point is Amandine Beyer's recording with the ensemble Gli Incogniti, which gives rise to a profound investigation into the musical structure and its links with the cycles of nature.
At the heart of it all is an urgent question: our relationship with the environment, which is fragile and changing today.
