Palazzo Martinengo delle Palle hosts "Gender Pay Gap and Local Employment Dynamics", the second meeting of the series promoted by the Equal Opportunities Commission of the Municipality of Brescia. The focus of the meeting is on employment and salary inequalities between women and men, explored through the data from the first Report on Employment and Salary Equality in Brescia. An opportunity to reflect on wage differences, career opportunities, and the challenges that women face in the workplace.
The meeting, moderated by Cristina Alessi, professor of Labor Law at the University of Brescia, involves representatives from the Equal Opportunities Commission and local trade union organizations.
