On June 12th, the Duende Festival continues with Dodeskaden, a show directed by Michele Segreto dedicated to the most difficult moment in the life of Japanese director Akira Kurosawa.
Starting from the failure of his most personal film and the crisis that led him to attempt suicide, the show reflects on the relationship between art, recognition, and human fragility. An intense narrative that intertwines archival materials, biographies, and testimonies to question the weight of judgment and the boundary between life and artistic creation.
