Convention Bureau
Ambassador
Bring new events to Brescia
A destination grows also thanks to those who can recognize and activate new opportunities.
Do you hold a position of responsibility in an association, a professional order, a scientific society, or a company and would you like to consider Brescia as a destination for a congress, a conference, or an event?
Become an Ambassador and help bring new opportunities to the city through your professional and associative network.
The Brescia Convention Bureau is developing a network of Ambassadors made up of professionals, educators, researchers, and representatives of associations, professional orders, scientific societies, and companies who can identify potentially eligible events and congresses.
At this stage, we are collecting expressions of interest from those who wish to learn about the project and contribute, through their role and relationships, to identifying new opportunities for Brescia as a destination for congresses, conferences, and professional and scientific events.
The goal is to create a network of people capable of connecting the Convention Bureau with promoting associations and organizations, facilitating the emergence of new candidacies.
Who it is aimed at
The initiative is aimed at those who, through their role and relationships, can come into contact with organizations that periodically choose the host city for their events.
We collect expressions of interest from
- teachers and researchers
- professionals and representatives of professional orders
- members of associations and scientific societies
- representatives of businesses and organizations
- people active in national and international networks
Why participate
Ambassadors can report potentially eligible events, facilitate contact with the promoting organizations, help understand the methods and requirements for choosing the venue, and support, together with the Brescia Convention Bureau, a possible candidacy for Brescia.
Even a simple report can be the first step to bringing the next congress or event to Brescia.
