Il Canto delle Cicale 2026
For 27 years, Il Canto delle Cicale has accompanied the Brescia summer with shows designed for children, families, and communities, transforming squares, courtyards, and hidden spots in the province into small theaters under the stars.
From June 12th to July 17th, the festival brings theater, play, and traveling culture to the stage, with events every evening in different locations, including stories, emotions, laughter, and wonder. A widespread experience that combines live entertainment and local discovery.
Alongside the shows, there are also collateral projects dedicated to children: "CicaGiocando", a creative workshop before the shows; "CicaLeggendo", a space dedicated to children's books; and "Le Cicale Illustrate", a competition for young illustrators and cartoonists.
