From 9 to 19 April 2026, at the Santa Giulia Museum, the exhibition *Pysanky* explores the Ukrainian tradition of decorated eggs, now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Around 60 works, including those depicting hens, geese and ostriches, created using ancient techniques that transform the egg into a story, a symbol and a memory.
A journey through art and culture that speaks of identity, resilience and continuity.
On 18 April, the museum opens its doors to the city with ‘Easter with whoever you like’: an intercultural day of storytelling, picnics, music and workshops to discover Orthodox Easter traditions up close.
