Marmo is a trio from Brescia composed of Giovanni Baselli (guitar and effects), Gabriele Guerreschi (double bass) and Giacomo Baronchelli (drums). They ground their research in jazz, but they don't stop there: they explore acoustic and electric sounds. This approach to composition and also to improvisation, gives life to pieces with an intense and meditative character.
