On Thursday 14 May at 6.00 p.m., at the Pinacoteca Tosio Martinengo, a talk will be held focusing on the latest research into the Lipsanoteca of Brescia, one of the most precious masterpieces of early Christian art.
Through non-invasive scientific investigations, international scholars and experts will recount the history, transformations and restorations of the famous casket, opening up new perspectives on its material and artistic history.
The event will also feature a short documentary film dedicated to the work.
