The guided tour leads to the discovery of a lesser-known Brescia, following the path of the ancient walls that have now disappeared. Curves, towers, urban gates, hanging gardens, and hidden remnants become clues to read the transformations of the city and what time has left behind. Following this, at Oh!Ficomaeco, a tasting of three Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero leads to the discovery of essential and direct wines, capable of expressing territory, freshness, minerality, and depth. The journey is completed with a small aperitif.
