Curves, towers, urban gates, hanging gardens, and hidden remnants become clues to read the transformations of the city and what time has left behind. Following this, at Oh!Ficomaeco, a tasting of three Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero leads to the discovery of essential and direct wines, capable of expressing territory, freshness, minerality, and depth. The journey is completed with a small aperitif.
