The guided tour takes you through the neighborhood around Piazza del Foro, among little-known alleys, ancient churches, noble palaces, traces of the walls and the Roman aqueduct. An itinerary that leads to Piazza Tebaldo Brusato, once known as Mercato Novo or Piazza della Fortuna, to rediscover stories, names, and curiosities of the historic center. Following this, at Caffè Giardini, a tasting of three Franciacorta Brut accompanies the discovery of different interpretations in style, balance, and personality, among freshness, structure, and complexity. The journey is completed with a small aperitif.
