Alpine blossom honey

The honey produced by bees that fly over the countryside surrounding Lake Idro, with its wealth of Alpine blooms, has the green aroma of local meadows along with fresh notes from high altitudes. Characterised by a delicate and aromatic taste, it is ideal enjoyed on its own, or for accompanying tea, yoghurt or cheese.
