The Brescia Convention Bureau is currently in an experimental phase: we are defining the operational model, services, and membership methods for the future MICE network of the territory.
In this phase, we are collecting expressions of interest from venues, companies, organizations, and professionals who wish to learn about the project and participate in its development.
The goal is to create a network capable of presenting Brescia with a common voice and offering organizers a coordinated response, connecting locations, hospitality, services, skills, and experiences.
Who it is addressed to
Membership is open to qualified operators in the MICE sector, with a transparent procedure and shared criteria.
We collect expressions of interest from
- congress centers, exhibition venues, and event locations
- hotels and accommodation facilities
- restaurants, catering, and banqueting
- Professional Congress Organizer, DMC, event agencies, and incoming operators
- technical services, fitters, and communication agencies
- reception, interpretation, and security services
- mobility, transport, and logistics operators
- guides, tour operators, and experience providers
- universities, research institutions, associations, and companies
- cultural institutions and local organizations
