The exhibition, curated by Roberto Mutti, brings together about forty works born from the research conducted by Mario Cresci on the Pietà Rondanini between 2013 and 2016.
Through a measured and intense gaze, the artist explores Michelangelo's sculpture from different perspectives, transforming it into a reflection on memory, suffering, and human fragility. An essential and profound photographic journey, capable of conveying all the symbolic strength of the work.
