Umanə is a concert-show for human voice and loop station. It is a sound journey that tries to fill the void that opens within us when we feel powerless in the face of human tragedy. Between song theater, spoken music, dream pop, and electronics, the voice becomes living matter: it can be a blade, invective, caress, whisper, or sudden gesture. This gives rise to a flow of associative, surreal sound images, but also very concrete.
